Sonia Abrol is the founder of Sarvaya Legal. She started her career with Amarchand &
Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co., Mumbai followed by a stint at Fox & Mandal, Noida
and spent the past seven years of her career as a corporate lawyer at Lakshmikumaran &
Sridharan, Delhi prior to founding Sarvaya Legal. She holds a master’s degree in corporate
and commercial laws from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and has
advised various leading domestic and international clients on transactions including those
pertaining to joint ventures, acquisitions and restructuring.
Shri Rakesh Kumar is a strategic advisor to Sarvaya Legal and Member (T) (Retd.), CESTAT. He is a post-graduate in Physics from Allahabad University and joined the Indian Revenue Service (IRS) in the year 1976. He completed a successful career of thirty-eight and a half years and served the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance in several senior positions. He also served as an Executive Director of a leading Government-owned enterprise, the Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) for five years between 1998 and 2003.
Aneesh Mittal is an Advocate-on-Record and is the litigation and arbitration partner of Sarvaya Legal. He completed his LL.B. from the Rajasthan University in the year 2006 and started his legal career from the offices of Sunil Kumar Jain, Advocate-on-Record and after training under him for 6 years, joined the Service Tax team at Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan before eventually starting out independently. He has an extensive experience in civil litigation, arbitration and conciliation, benami laws, matrimonial laws, insolvency and bankruptcy, real estate and consumer cases and has appeared and argued before various Tribunals, the High Court of Delhi and the Supreme Court of India.
Manali Malhotra is an associate of Sarvaya Legal. She started her career with Factum Legal, Solicitors & Advocates, Delhi followed by the role of Legal and Secretarial Associate at Stark Corporate Advisors Private Limited. She holds a professional degree from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and is also an advocate. She has advised various companies in relation to secretarial compliances and legal matters with respect to conversion of companies, revival of companies, drafting of various agreements and trademark application filing and prosecution.
Shreya Sharma is an associate of Sarvaya Legal. She completed her B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi in the year 2017. She has an extensive exposure in civil litigation, matrimonial laws, insolvency and bankruptcy, real estate and consumer cases and has appeared and argued before various Tribunals, the High Court of Delhi and the Supreme Court of India.
Mrinal Agrawal is an associate of Sarvaya Legal. He holds a B.A. LL.B (Hons.) degree from the Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur and has extensive exposure in advising and conducting of due diligences and legal audits for some key financial institutions and corporate houses. He has also advised real estate companies on various matters relating to RERA and assisted them with obtaining registrations under RERA.
