Shreya Sharma

Shreya Sharma is an associate of Sarvaya Legal. She completed her B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi in the year 2017. She has an extensive exposure in civil litigation, matrimonial laws, insolvency and bankruptcy (IBC, 2016), real estate with specific emphasis on RERA and consumer cases and has appeared and argued before various Tribunals, consumer forums, CESTAT, RERA, NCDRC, the High Court of Delhi and the Supreme Court of India.

Shreya has worked extensively in the domain of environmental laws with a focus on CPCB (Central Pollution Control Board) and SPCB (State Pollution Control Board) guidelines and has appeared several times before the National Green Tribunal and the High Court of Delhi in this regard.

Shreya is experienced in drafting both civil and criminal special leave petitions, consumer complaints, various types of applications and complaints both civil and criminal, counter affidavits and rejoinders. She has also rendered legal opinions on civil disputes, matrimonial disputes, consumer laws and matters under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 such as dishonor of cheques.
