Sonia Abrol is the founder of Sarvaya Legal. She started her career in 2008 with Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co., Mumbai followed by a stint at Fox & Mandal, Noida and spent the next seven years of her career as a corporate lawyer at Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan, Delhi prior to founding Sarvaya Legal in 2020.
She holds a master’s degree in corporate and commercial laws from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and has advised various leading domestic and international clients on transactions including those pertaining to joint ventures, acquisitions and restructuring.
