With a history of practicing in the legal industry for 12 years, Sonia has an extensive experience in advising both domestic and international clients from various jurisdictions such as USA, Europe, China, and Japan. Highly skilled in rendering legal advice on corporate laws, she specializes in mergers and acquisitions, regulatory affairs, labour and employment, general corporate advisory, and commercial contracts.
