Manali Malhotra is an associate of Sarvaya Legal. She started her career with Factum Legal, Solicitors & Advocates, Delhi followed by the role of Legal and Secretarial Associate at Stark Corporate Advisors Private Limited.

Manali has been practicing corporate law for 4 years and has an extensive experience in advising Indian clients in relation to secretarial and legal compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules framed thereunder, the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 and the regulations framed thereunder, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

During her practice, she has drafted and vetted various agreements including share purchase agreements, sale and purchase agreements, drafted legal opinions on various issues under corporate laws such as director’s remuneration, framing various policies including in relation to corporate social responsibility and prevention of sexual harassment, prepared memorandums and articles of association for companies and applications, replies etc. in relation to trademark filings and prosecution.

Manali is an expert in incorporating companies and LLPs, implementing conversion of companies, changing registered offices of companies and the entire gamut of compliances for private limited, public limited and listed entities.
