Mrinal Agrawal

Mrinal Agrawal is an associate of Sarvaya Legal. He holds a B.A. LL.B (Hons.) degree from the Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur and has extensive exposure in advising and conducting of due diligences and legal audits for some key financial institutions and corporate houses. He has also advised real estate companies on various matters relating to RERA and assisted them with obtaining registrations under RERA.

Mrinal has appeared before the Hon’ble High Court of Chhattisgarh for matters relating to arbitrary tender conditions and service. He has also acted as the lender’s counsel for the Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board project of a 500 MW power plant in the State of Chhattisgarh.

Mrinal has handled various matters relating to legal audits, land disputes, land surveys and title searches. During his career, he has advised a range of participants such as lenders, borrowers, project developers, promoters, financial institutions, etc. He has been engaged to advise on several matters relating to DRT and NCLT, which also includes liquidation proceedings.

He is inclined towards the welfare of the society and to this end, also handles several pro bono cases for people in his locality who need legal aid.
